SERIOS encourages investment in our important work of research. There is much more to be discovered about the role and economic impact of religion in Australian society. We believe this important work deserves your support.
SEIROS’ first project was funded by a number of donations from church institutions and the second project was funded by a grant from the Commonwealth Government’s Department of Social Security. Since those grants were made and applied for, we have successfully established SEIROS as a public company limited by guarantee with ATO status as both an Accredited Research Institution (ARI) and as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). That means that any Australian taxpayer can claim a tax deduction for any donation above $2. You can find the detail of proposed future SEIROS projects under the ‘Our Projects’ tab.
